📋 Description

• Manage Professional Services engagements from start to finish using standard project management principles • Lead project planning and budgeting • Mobilize and direct workstreams of cross-functional project teams • Champion the Statement of Work • Drive on-time and on-budget project completion • Track project progress and variability • Identify project risks with customers and internal teams • Develop and execute risk mitigation strategies within a defined escalation path • Implement tracking and reporting metrics to provide transparency into project health • Foster effective and collaborative communication with clients and stakeholders • Serve as the first point of project escalation • Support the Regional Director in executive steering committees • Lead collaboration across Consultants, Architects, Project Management Office, Cloud Operations, Product, Support, Partners, and other stakeholders • Support new business growth and expansion of existing projects • Participate in proposal development and budget estimation

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years leading successful implementations of COTS software/platform-based solutions for Tier-1 government clients • 5 years leading projects with $1M+ budgets, 12+ months’ duration, and involvement of more than one government department or group • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred • Skilled at identifying appropriate strategies and tools for planning and tracking complex projects and driving teams to high productivity • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects at various stages of delivery • Aptitude for understanding and applying new technologies and methodologies • BA or BS in a technical discipline, or similar technical degree program • Experience using formal project management tools such as MS-Project and Visio • Strong technical background with previous enterprise-class software delivery experience • Strong analytical skills and experience managing technical and project management issues • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage competing client demands • Ability to interact and communicate with CxO-level personnel • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills • Permitting and Licensing knowledge desired • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
