📋 Description

• Lead multiple large-scale electrification projects across all phases, from order entry through installation and commissioning • Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and site activities across GE Vernova and subcontracted partners • Meet contractual scope, cost, quality, and schedule commitments • Act as the primary customer interface and manage customer expectations and relationships • Drive cross-functional project teams with leadership, accountability, and collaborative engagement • Manage and control daily project operations while adapting to changing customer and business needs • Monitor and report project milestones, including revenue forecasting • Own project financial performance, including revenue, contribution margin, cost, cash collection, and regional business target compliance • Lead regular project reviews, financial assessments, and progress updates with internal stakeholders and customers • Prepare and deliver project communications, including kick-off meetings, status reports, customer reports, risk and opportunity assessments, and close-out documentation • Identify, escalate, and resolve project risks and issues • Ensure customer satisfaction, compliance, safe delivery, quality, on-time completion, and on-budget performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field from an accredited university or college • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager • Experience directly leading full lifecycle delivery of complex Electrical and Automation systems projects • Experience covering Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Installation & Commissioning phases • Prior experience in electrification-focused industries such as Marine, Offshore Energy, Utilities, Power Systems, or Process Industries • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • U.S. Citizenship or eligibility to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% • Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems for project tracking and financial management • PMP certification or equivalent project management credential • Background in customer-facing roles, particularly in service delivery or project execution environments • Previous experience in Marine, Offshore, or Defense industry segments • Technical understanding of power conversion systems, automation and controls, and electrical power systems • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments • Ability to obtain authorization to access U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
