📋 Description

• Lead the Americas team of Supplier Quality Engineers responsible for developing Aero GT suppliers • Manage supplier quality for Package, MSD, BOP, and Main Engine equipment • Collaborate with sourcing, engineering, manufacturing, and project management stakeholders • Drive quality, delivery, compliance, cost, and supplier quality KPI improvements • Mentor, coach, and motivate the Supplier Quality Engineering team • Build safety, EHS, compliance, quality, Lean, and inclusive cultures • Lead supplier quality development programs and execute sourcing and quality strategies • Develop supplier qualifications and surveillance audits • Drive compliance with supplier approval and product qualification procedures • Harmonize processes and tools across the Aeroderivative Gas Turbine scope • Supervise root cause analyses, problem solving, and preventative actions • Prepare PSR and SR cases for vendor recovery activities • Manage people and project budgets and optimize resources • Develop technical capability, expertise pools, and training programs • Establish and lead the global Supplier Quality Engineer network • Define product qualification requirements for Aeroderivative products • Manage Aeroderivative industrialization strategy within Supplier Quality • Lead or technically support root cause analyses • Identify and eliminate non-value-adding processes • Develop supplier read-across and lessons-learned programs • Participate in strategic sourcing commodity reviews and address quality risks, qualification needs, budgets, and expertise gaps • Lead supplier development programs to improve manufacturing process performance and supplier base

🎯 Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Experience, education, and skill set may influence the specific pay offered • Expertise in supplier quality management for Aeroderivative Gas Turbine products • Experience leading Supplier Quality Engineers and supplier quality development programs • Knowledge of supplier qualification, audits, surveillance, product qualification, root cause analysis, and preventative actions • Ability to develop and execute sourcing and quality strategies across multiple stakeholders and countries • Ability to manage budgets, people, projects, supplier relationships, and quality KPIs • Knowledge of EHS, compliance, quality, Lean, and management system procedures • Ability to define formal product qualification requirements for Aeroderivative products • Experience with Aeroderivative industrialization and supplier quality scope • Ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, local authorities, and normative entities • Ability to identify non-value-adding processes and disseminate lessons learned
