📋 Description

• Plan and manage construction activities from project mobilization through completion • Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents • Coordinate sequencing of installation activities • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved • Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies • Monitor project progress and adjust resources • Lead and supervise site supervisors, subcontractors, and installation teams • Assign work activities and allocate manpower • Provide technical guidance on installation procedures • Ensure OSHA and site-specific safety compliance • Enforce PPE use and safe work practices • Conduct site safety inspections and toolbox talks • Identify hazards and implement corrective actions • Ensure installation activities meet engineering specifications and quality standards • Inspect completed work and coordinate defect corrections • Monitor daily and weekly progress against schedules • Coordinate with subcontractors to maintain production targets • Track milestones and provide management updates • Serve as the primary on-site contact for project stakeholders • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients • Conduct project meetings and provide progress reports • Coordinate material delivery, storage, allocation, and inventory • Maintain project records, daily reports, progress logs, and issue tracking • Prepare reports on progress, manpower, safety, and quality • Document delays, risks, corrective actions, and key decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management or related field • Experience managing subcontractors and field installation activities • Experience coordinating multiple trades on active construction sites • Experience interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation • Must be able to travel up to 80-90% domestically or internationally • Ability to talk and hear regularly • Ability to lift materials up to 50 pounds occasionally • Ability to bend at the knees to inspect pallets or read packing lists • Compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety regulations
