📋 Description

• Manage a region of 20+ employees, including facilities managers, coordinators, and mission home attendants • Oversee facilities covering approximately 6 million square feet across meetinghouses, camps, mission homes and offices, seminaries, institutes, storehouses, and distribution facilities • Work closely with third-party operations and technician personnel supporting Church facilities • Perform operational reviews and inspections to confirm consistency and service quality • Train facilities managers and monitor KPIs • Recommend annual CapEx and OpEx budgets to Headquarters and ensure plan performance and budget utilization • Support area initiatives and recommend improvements • Assist other divisions with natural disasters and emergencies • Use computer systems, including Corrigo, and IWMS tools • Collaborate with real estate, architecture and engineering, construction, and strategic planning departments • Partner with HR to hire personnel and recommend employee advancement, promotion, or other status changes • Manage successful implementation of Meetinghouse Facilities processes, including planning, real estate, standard plans, project development and construction, operations, and maintenance • Prepare, submit, and execute the region strategy captured in the area annual plan • Define personnel stewardships and accountabilities using key performance indicators • Formulate personnel development plans to raise employee capability and improve performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, facilities management or related area • Ten (10) years of experience in construction management and physical facilities administration • Five (5) years of significant supervisory/management experience • Excellent interpersonal skills and solid leadership skills • Excellent trainer with the ability to formulate strategy • Must understand all processes and ensure end-to-end process integration • Physical ability to sit for long periods of time and use computer monitors/equipment • Must be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and currently temple worthy
