📋 Description

• Define, document, and update enterprise process standards, playbooks, and operational models • Lead and support Lean Management System practices, including Standard Work, Leader Standard Work, Daily/Tier Management, Visual Management, Gemba, and A3 problem solving • Partner with Operations leaders and Continuous Improvement teams to identify operational gaps, reduce variation, improve flow, and sustain improvements • Develop and manage compliance frameworks and maturity models for standard-process adoption • Evaluate standardized processes and lead ongoing improvement while maintaining consistency and compliance • Use operational data and KPIs to identify, assess, plan, and lead process improvement opportunities, productivity improvements, standardization efforts, and cost reduction • Assess donor-center processes, metrics, and effectiveness across labor, marketing, customer service, compliance, training, and internal systems • Conduct process audits, operational reviews, and gap assessments • Design, develop, and facilitate Lean / Continuous Improvement training and capability-building programs • Coach leaders and teams in Lean principles, structured problem solving, and improvement methodologies • Support train-the-trainer and internal champion development • Develop and implement solutions for donor centers with non-conformance to standard models and practices • Deliver training, communication, and coaching programs to promote adoption of standard practices • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Training, and Remediation teams on new center openings, integrations, and remediation • Identify standardization opportunities within the center network • Identify, develop, implement, and monitor KPIs for project outcomes • Partner with analytics resources to support data-driven decision-making and improvement initiatives • Perform other tasks and assignments as instructed by management

🎯 Requirements

• 4-year college degree in Business, Education, or Engineering • Prior training and certification as a Six Sigma Black Belt in root cause investigations is required • Minimum of 8-10+ years in Performance/Operational excellence, operational governance, or process management • Proven ability to develop and maintain enterprise standards and compliance frameworks • Experience in training or influencing people without authority • Must understand principles of process governance and compliance mindset • Hands-on experience implementing Lean / Operational Excellence practices in a multi-site operational environment • Strong facilitation, coaching, and change leadership skills • Experience developing and delivering Lean / Continuous Improvement training • Knowledge of safety, quality, and manufacturing programs • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and ability to implement effective improvement strategies and solutions • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to handle diverse situations and manage multiple projects • Lean mindset and ability to coach people in continuous improvement and standardization methodologies • Frequently drives to site locations and travels within the United States; 50-70% travel, with possible international travel • Ability to communicate complex information, listen to and understand information, interact with diverse groups, and apply abstract principles to solve complex conceptual issues
