📋 Description

• Serve as liaison between internal/external organizations and assigned customers • Own customer relationships and communications • Contribute to overall business strategy, including P&L and growth opportunities • Develop and own site customer communication plans • Coordinate and facilitate regular customer meetings, reviewing open items, action plans, and relevant GE Vernova products/services • Oversee Gas Power warranty and applicable commercial considerations, including concessions • Develop outage scope and communicate scope to field services • Manage outage/non-outage parts planning, quotes, orders, delivery, and applicable invoicing • Lead emergent/forced outage matters through resolution • Prepare, organize, and facilitate pre-outage, post-outage, and outage milestone meetings • Address repair issues involving on-site repairs and part/component repairs in the GE network • Own contract leadership and fulfillment, including project deliverables and contract terms and conditions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University or College OR an Associate's degree OR a High School Diploma / GED and 7 years of experience in a power generation industry • Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine and/or Steam Power experience • Ability to work up to 25% of the time at a site • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
