📋 Description

• Lead core operational processes supporting ACIS Services for industrial or utility customers • Provide operational leadership across Intent to Remittance-related activities • Lead a team of indirect reports and coordinate with sourcing, quality, EHS, project management, operations, and services stakeholders • Support ACIS Service Business Development, Tendering, and Operations strategy and processes • Develop and execute new service offerings while meeting safety, quality, delay, and cost standards • Manage the ACIS Service Portfolio for industrial or utility customers • Develop business and ensure operations across all projects in the portfolio • Own Activity P&L, project execution responsibility, and margin improvement versus the Operating Plan • Drive operational consistency, standardization, and governance across service support activities • Align processes and resources with business, project, and customer requirements • Support execution planning and operational issue resolution • Support reporting, reviews, and escalation management for portfolio health and execution status • Identify and mitigate operational risks through proactive action planning • Lead Inquiry to Order and Order to Remittance activities for portfolio customers • Align operations strategy with commercial strategy • Develop new services and business based on customer challenges and market trends • Partner with commercial and operations teams to support key customers • Define and execute operational milestones, handoffs, and process requirements across the ITO and OTR lifecycle • Ensure project execution governance, including kickoff meetings, project reviews, and activity postmortems • Maintain financial responsibility for the portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Engineering, Project Management, or Operations degree, or equivalent in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering • 15 years of experience in Customer Service functions • Experience with GE Grid products • Experience in an innovative Service environment • Experience coordinating different businesses and cultures • Knowledge of high-voltage equipment and solutions • Negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and customers • Process improvement and service expertise to determine and satisfy customer requirements • Previous experience in a matrix organization desirable • Operations leadership experience with P&L responsibility • Ability to guide teams without dictating • Good communication skills • Ability to act as a change agent and empower others • Leadership experience building, working with, and leading multifunctional operations teams in a global and matrix environment • Strong process and operational experience • Strong industrial service business and financial acumen • Understanding of the services business • Knowledge of financial processes and reporting • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills • High results and quality orientation • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen as applicable
