📋 Description

• Provides leadership of project controls personnel assigned to a project management team • Ensures Blattner project controls processes and deliverables are efficiently executed and delivered to the project team • Analyzes project data and recommends process improvements to portfolio, project controls, and project management teams • Oversees schedulers, cost analysts, project controls specialists, and third-party consultants • Supports performance evaluation, time approval, recruitment, and mentorship for the project controls team • Develops, controls, and analyzes CPM schedules, cost and budget forecasts, cost and schedule risk analyses, risk management, and management of change • Manages scheduler workloads and ensures timely delivery of schedules, cost forecasts, risk registers, dashboards, S-curves, and histograms • Conducts strategic project-data analysis to drive management and decision making • Provides actionable recommendations to the project team • Ensures project controls contractual obligations to clients are met • Advises project management on contracts and change management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Industrial Engineering Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or equivalent education or relevant experience required • Seven or more years of progressive experience in a construction project controls discipline, including project scheduling, project cost, project risk analysis, or a combination • Previous experience leading senior-level individual contributors required • Previous Gas Power Generation and/or heavy industrial experience required • Experience working in the renewable energy construction industry is a distinguishing qualification
