📋 Description

• Drive profitable sales growth throughout a geographic region divided into stores • Maintain accountability for key financial results of the district • Lead and develop the store management team • Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing store management team through selection, development, and motivation • Provide coaching, mentoring, and direction to meet district and regional goals • Communicate business and financial objectives • Analyze district performance and provide feedback to the regional director • Develop a district sales strategy for profitable growth • Lead store teams to meet sales and payroll budgets • Foster a selling culture and positive customer experience • Ensure consistent execution of brand visual standards • Partner with Loss Prevention on policy adherence and shrink goals • Drive performance management and associate development • Represent the company professionally and positively

🎯 Requirements

• 5–7 years of multi-unit retail experience required • Driver’s license required • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to create competitive and innovative strategies and plans • Proven ability to select high-performing talent and develop compelling development plans • Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the general public • Ability to understand and interpret moderately complex financial reports • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to internal applications • Ability to facilitate and present programs, processes, and concepts to groups of managers • Broad knowledge of the retail landscape and ability to identify trends • Ability to inspire and motivate teams or organizations • Willingness and ability to travel
