📋 Description

• Define and execute the Model Based Enterprise vision and strategy with Engineering and Manufacturing leadership • Lead the CAD/CAM application portfolio and own its roadmap • Track program execution status, metrics, and milestones • Ensure internal and external partners meet delivery commitments • Collaborate on future technology innovation and architecture enabled by AI • Drive AI integrations across the CAD/CAM portfolio • Track and optimize CAD/CAM license usage and cost • Define and pace the CAD budget • Present progress, risks, and opportunities to GE Vernova executive sponsors and leadership • Manage the strategic relationship with the CAD/CAM (NX) software vendor • Lead the CAD team • Provide day-to-day direction and mentorship to team members • Communicate requirements, timelines, and stakeholder needs to resolve conflicting priorities and drive consensus

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or STEM majors, with significant years of IT professional experience, or equivalent knowledge or experience • Proven experience delivering cross-functional transformation programs • Understanding of the overall engineering and manufacturing business domain • Understanding of current CAD/CAM (NX) software solutions • Experience successfully delivering cross-functional transformation programs • AI ambassador experience or experience driving AI integrations • Experience presenting to and interacting with leadership • Demonstrated relationship management experience involving varied and complex stakeholder needs • Experience with collaborative and innovative vendor partner relationships • Experience influencing change across matrixed organizations • Expertise with Lean and SAFe/Agile • Understanding of Agile principles and tools for effective team and work management • Ability to deconstruct problems and make decisions amid ambiguity • Critical thinking and organizational skills • Ability to work autonomously and proactively identify and remove obstacles • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
