📋 Description

• Perform turnkey installation and termination of electrical conduit, stainless steel tubing, power/communication cabling, and hardware from customer transformer cabinets to GE monitoring and diagnostic products • Deliver onsite and remote service support for customer questions and concerns • Install and service transformer monitoring equipment • Manage installation projects and coordinate with customer contacts and internal GE Sales and Service teams • Troubleshoot and perform fault finding to the printed circuit board level • Liaise with customers on job planning, execution, follow-up, and sales support • Conduct field work in compliance with applicable EHS regulations and employee safety practices • Serve as the primary technical resource for onsite work and resolve engineering and product issues • Provide technical direction to skilled labor on customer sites and equipment • Provide installation and service direction onsite and remotely, including repairs, replacements, and rebuilds across equipment vintages, sizes, and applications • Provide timely, accurate, professional internal and external reports • Provide, audit, and implement quality-control requirements for onsite repairs and upgrades

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with 5 years of Field Services and Maintenance experience • Minimum of 2 years of advanced experience in Services and On-Site Services • Strong oral and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legal authorization to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
