📋 Description

• Perform turnkey installation and termination of electrical conduit, stainless steel tubing, power/communication cabling, and hardware from customer XFMR cabinets to GE monitoring and diagnostic products • Perform installation and service work on transformer monitoring equipment • Manage installation projects and coordinate with customer contacts and internal GE Sales and Service teams • Troubleshoot and perform fault finding to Printed Circuit Board (PCB) level • Liaise with customers during job planning, execution, follow-up, and sales support • Collaborate internally with various teams to ensure process excellence • Conduct field work in compliance with applicable Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) regulations and employee safety practices • Act as primary technical resource for on-site work and resolve engineering and product issues • Provide technical direction to skilled labor on customer sites and equipment • Provide installation and service direction on-site and remotely, including repairs, replacements, and rebuilds • Provide timely, accurate, professional external and internal reports • Provide, audit, and implement quality control requirements for on-site repairs and upgrades • Deliver quality onsite and remote service support to customer questions and concerns

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in Field Services and Maintenance • Minimum of 2 years of advanced experience in Services & On-Site Services • Strong oral and written communication skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
