📋 Description

• Report to the CFO of the Control Solutions and Services (CSS) Business line in Gas Power • Help, support, and lead the Supply Chain team through transformation and day-to-day activities • Drive strategic initiatives supported by financial analysis and data • Manage day-to-day financial activities with analyst support for seven manufacturing sites • Ensure continuous process improvement and lean transformation to support business growth • Lead global transformation initiatives with the CEO, CFO, and Global Supply Chain team to optimize the global footprint • Own financial modeling of footprint optimization initiatives, working cross-functionally with operations and SIOP • Support the Longmont Supply Chain team in the BWRX-300 Small Modular Reactor footprint • Lead financial analysis for North America and European Distribution Center footprint decisions • Support SIOP process development and revamping • Own the end-to-end CAPEX budget process, including budget development, business cases, approvals, and oversight • Lead Supply Chain FPC budget creation with Global Supply Chain and site leaders • Support the merger of Controls Solutions and Services and PERS through process alignment and change management • Create a harmonized inventory process with the materials team and lead the audit/financial portion of physical inventory • Own the CSS tariff model, updates, analysis, and forecast • Analyze BWRX BOMs for tariff impact and report findings to the Commercial Leader and Project Manager • Oversee financials of four global manufacturing sites and two strategically contracted global manufacturing sites • Analyze inventory trends, operating costs, labor utilization, and related financial metrics • Support month-close and quarter-close processes, analyzing FIFO, E&O, freight, FPC, and liquidation rate

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college • 2-3 years of experience in finance • Experience in Supply Chain finance and other roles • Demonstration of Leadership Behaviors • Strategic mind (global vision) • Ability to drive change • Ability to innovate to resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Teamwork and collaboration • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
