📋 Description

• Lead the technical definition of projects by defining the technical requirements and architecture for DCS/SCADA and automation schemes. • Serve as the technical lead throughout the tender lifecycle. • Define the technical requirements for substation communication protocols, including DNP3 and IEC61850. • Manage the technical Risk & Opportunity (R&O) register. • Act as the internal authority on system design, providing guidance to cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering • 3–5 years of experience in the design and architecture of protection & control schemes, SCADA systems, and substation automation. • Understanding of substation communication protocols (e.g. DNP3/IEC61850) and IED/relay application principles. • Demonstrated proficiency in using Visio to produce conceptual engineering drawings, network architecture diagrams, and system layouts. • Capability to analyze technical specifications and translate them into actionable, efficient project execution strategies for the tender phase.
