📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership while working hands-on alongside software engineers developing highly available web/mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and technology solutions supporting US LBM’s supply chain organization • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support applications, APIs, and integrations supporting supply chain operations • Remain hands-on in complex development while providing technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews • Partner with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable technical solutions • Lead technical design and architecture to ensure scalable, secure, reliable solutions • Drive delivery priorities, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate progress and outcomes • Build reusable engineering patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and development standards • Improve supply chain processes through automation, AI, and modern application design • Champion AI-assisted development including specification-driven development, automated testing, AI code review, and intelligent workflows • Troubleshoot complex production issues while maintaining data integrity and measurable business value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience • 5+ years developing and delivering custom web, mobile, enterprise, or integration solutions • 4+ years of full-stack development experience • Demonstrated technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, design guidance, architecture, and delivery ownership • Strong hands-on experience developing applications within Microsoft Azure • Experience developing solutions supporting procurement, inventory, warehouse management, demand planning, logistics, supplier collaboration, order management, or fulfillment • Experience partnering with Product Managers, Architects, and business stakeholders • Experience with version control, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
