📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain customer relationships to increase utilization of Provider Managed Services products • Support customers and GHX coworkers via phone, email, and onsite interactions for escalations and product issues • Monitor customer quality metrics and implement or escalate resolutions • Develop campaigns to re-engage customers and increase customer KPIs • Lead managed services implementations for new customers and coordinate successful project kickoffs • Manage projects and meetings while adhering to deadlines • Create and deliver presentation materials for onsite or WebEx customer meetings • Mentor team members and refine processes and resource materials • Work with CSM and ESE teams to improve customer satisfaction and identify sales opportunities • Oversee implementation phases with Solutions Delivery, Sales, and Customer Success Managers • Resolve technical problems, identify incident causes, gather data, and coordinate cross-functional resolutions • Coordinate launch schedules and staffing needs • Identify development opportunities for system enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 2 years of relatable healthcare or account management experience • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Word, and PowerPoint • Strong organizational and project management skills • Experience with project management, customer success, training and/or customer service • Experience working in a team-oriented environment as a lead resource • Internet savvy and computer literacy • Ability to work independently and determine methods and procedures • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Strong accountability and integrity • Proven ability to identify and solve customer problems and improve customer performance • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Account Management or relatable experience • Ability to identify cost-saving enhancements or product improvements • Able/willing to work 8am–5pm Eastern Time Zone, Monday–Friday • Travel may be required, approximately 20%
