📋 Description

• Qualify, identify, and nurture new business prospects for hotel clients • Ask strategic questions, gather relevant business information, and build a pipeline of qualified leads • Proactively identify and research prospective leads among corporate travel managers, construction, third-party providers, and government segments • Identify and target top-producing accounts and market segments or lead sources to accelerate the sales cycle • Contact leads by phone, email, and other digital channels to qualify interest, assess needs, and convert leads into potential clients • Maintain accurate CRM records, track lead status, and schedule follow-ups • Complete business cases for upcoming and/or renewal RFPs • Support the sales team in generating new business, revenue, and client retention • Report to the Manager of New Client Implementation • Travel occasionally for in-market client visits

🎯 Requirements

• 2 consecutive years of select-service hotel guestroom sales experience across all market segments • Proven ability to generate new business, grow market share, and achieve revenue goals • Strong knowledge of hotel sales strategies, RFP processes, brand tools, account management, and hotel operations • Experience building trusted relationships with hotel owners, General Managers, and key local accounts • Proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Office, AI tools, and sales technology • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a remote, fast-paced environment • Ability to work at a computer and participate in virtual meetings for extended periods • Must reside in the United States • Able to travel for client visits approximately 2–4 times annually • Multi-property sales experience preferred
