📋 Description

• Act as a premier consultant and subject matter expert for prospects and existing clients • Bridge Glia’s Banking AI platform with the specific needs of banks and credit unions • Help financial institutions define their strategy and maximize ROI • Partner with sales and account management teams to conduct deep discovery sessions • Define business objectives, core challenges, current technology stacks, and long-term goals of prospective banking clients • Translate client discoveries into phased strategic deployment approaches • Advise institutions on the optimal order for deploying platform capabilities, from inbound tools to AI and outbound campaigns • Design and lead workshops for prospects and existing customers on branch experience transformation, AI policy and governance, strategic planning, and banking AI maturity assessments • Educate institutions on regulatory best practices, compliance, and establishing internal AI policies • Provide recommendations connecting banking AI technology to key business priorities • Serve as an industry SME and trusted advisor on technology partnerships and the future of banking • Create thought leadership content with the Marketing organization • Represent Glia at industry events and conferences • Serve as a subject matter expert to Product, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other internal Glia teams

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in an operational, technical, or marketing role in banking, including executive-level experience • Proven ability to act as a strategic advisor • Highly skilled at asking the right questions, diagnosing complex business problems, and prescribing actionable solutions • Exceptional communication and presentation skills • Ability to confidently lead workshops and command a room of C-suite banking executives and/or board members • Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, AI concepts, and digital transformation trends within the financial sector • Ability to work seamlessly alongside internal sales, customer success, and product teams • Excitement to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing technology environment • Willingness to travel when necessary to industry or customer events, including customer on-sites • Previous experience in retail banking growth, marketing, or revenue generation is a bonus • Proven track record of designing and executing outbound marketing campaigns aimed at generating revenue, acquiring net-new accounts, and growing membership/deposits is a bonus • Significant business banking experience, particularly on the growth side, is a bonus • Experience with strategies to increase loan volume and collections is a bonus
