📋 Description

• Own all financial models, including operating and headcount models • Build AI-powered workflows, automated analyses, and intelligence systems for Strategic Finance • Assess strategic priorities and quantitatively validate revenue-impact and ROI initiatives • Deliver data-driven insights for go-to-market tactics, product decisions, budgets, Board and investor materials, leadership reporting, and cross-functional roadmaps • Partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, Operations, Leadership, and the CFO • Contribute to long-range, annual, and quarterly planning processes • Report directly to the CFO and independently execute while helping build the finance function from scratch

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, in-house FP&A, or strategic finance • Experience with consumption-based or usage-based business models is a meaningful plus • Expert-level financial modeling ability • Experience building an AI-powered workflow, model, or automated analysis • Ability to identify problems proactively and operate amid ambiguity • Strong bias for action and ownership • Comfortable independently building a Strategic Finance function • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employer sponsorship to work in the United States • Must physically work from within the United States
