📋 Description

• Build, Close, and Define the Market • Generate your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, and creative prospecting • Engage warehouse operators, logistics leaders, and executives • Define how we go to market, testing messaging, refining our ideal customer profile • Shape a repeatable sales motion from scratch • Drive momentum in deals, navigating complex sales cycles • Position Glimpse as a must-have system

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in SaaS sales, ideally in logistics, supply chain, or asset-heavy environments • Proven success in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role • Track record of closing complex deals (career total ~$10M+ preferred) • Strong pipeline generation and outbound motion experience • Ability to connect operational challenges to financial impact and ROI • Builder mentality: thrives in ambiguity, not process-heavy environments • High ownership: treats territory like a business • Bonus: Existing network in logistics, warehouse, or relocation ecosystems
