📋 Description

• Guide aspiring insurance agents through the state licensing process • Maintain regular contact via text, phone, and email during exam preparation • Stay current on state licensing requirements, including required pre-exam coursework • Ensure candidates are prepared to pass the licensing exam on their first attempt • Provide weekly progress updates to agency partners • Handle a pipeline of 150–200 new hires through licensing coursework for the US only • Maintain detailed and accurate notes within MS Access • Communicate state licensing requirements for state licensing exams • Make outbound and take inbound calls daily • Build rapport with new hires, hiring managers, and Agency Owners • Update management regarding state pre-licensing requirements • Meet regularly with a supervisor regarding policies, procedures, regulations, initiatives, and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Licensed in Lines of Authority (LOA) for Life and Health is a plus, but not required • Prior work experience in a call or contact center is recommended • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong customer service skills, primarily via phone • Intermediate MS Office skills; Excel and Access used daily • Ability to work across multiple technologies • Ability to self-manage daily workflow in a multi-task environment • Ability to adapt to change quickly and seamlessly • Ability to build strong rapport with newly recruited sales agents • Ability to function both independently and as part of a team • Prior knowledge of the insurance licensing process is a plus, but not required • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications
