📋 Description

• Provide administrative and operational support for recruiting initiatives • Coordinate vendor relationships and maintain recruiting initiative schedules with third-party vendors • Coordinate recruiting and marketing initiatives for Globe Life captive agent divisions • Assist in monitoring response trends across markets and vendors • Assist support staff with projects related to Enterprise Recruiting activity • Initiate contact with Globe Marketing, Divisional Recruiting Leadership, and Executive Teams • Serve as a liaison between Recruiting, Marketing, and business stakeholders • Manage lead distribution and monitor recruiting performance trends • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Strong PC skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced-level Excel, Word, and Outlook • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong competency in grammar, spelling, and punctuation • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills • Keen attention to detail • High degree of integrity • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality • Self-motivated and proactive, with ability to take initiative • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities effectively • Reliable and predictable attendance of assigned shift • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on position specifications
