📋 Description

• Manage all aspects of customer service and care for clients • Independently troubleshoot and repair high-speed cash-handling equipment • Track and manage parts and tools • Stay current with technical and functional changes to GLORY equipment • Ensure overall customer satisfaction • Diagnose system problems and perform repairs • Keep customers informed during maintenance or system downtime • Complete machine installations, Engineering Change Notices, system upgrades, and hardware/software upgrades • Follow safety guidelines and policies • Complete required Environmental Health & Safety training • Report job-site injuries and property damage promptly • Travel regularly to customer sites throughout Wynnewood, PA and neighboring areas • Report to the District Service Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or completed professional studies in electro-mechanics, electrical engineering, or equivalent work experience • Certificates in related fields preferred, including mechanics, electronics, automation, or data processing • Excellent customer service and communication skills • Working knowledge of personal computers, Microsoft Office, network sites, and email communication • Logical troubleshooting skills and ability to isolate problems at PCB or component level • Ability to work with electrical schematics, logic diagrams, and mechanical drawings • Knowledge of AC/DC power distribution and digital/analog circuitry • Experience repairing high-speed paper-handling machines; ATM or copier experience preferred • 3–5 years of technical field service repair experience preferred • Valid Driver’s License • Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Wynnewood, PA or approximately 40 miles of Wynnewood, PA, or be willing to relocate; relocation assistance unavailable • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without assistance • Ability to sit and/or stand for long periods and frequently kneel, bend, squat, and twist • Ability to work at customer sites including financial institutions, casinos, truck stops, recreational parks, and retail stores • Ability to work weekends and/or holidays on a rotational basis • Availability for on-call rotation, typically once every 3 to 5 weeks, including evenings and weekends • Ability to drive to customer sites during working hours • Occasional travel outside the assigned territory, including air and overnight travel, may be necessary • Ability to accommodate limited accessibility at a job site • Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
