📋 Description

• Serve as the primary advocate and trusted advisor for OnStar, GM software and subscription services, My GM Rewards, and GM Rewards Credit Cards within assigned dealerships • Build relationships with dealer principals, general managers, sales leaders, and service leaders • Liaise between OnStar, GM vehicle brands, and assigned dealerships • Communicate how products and services improve customer experience, brand loyalty, and dealership profitability • Help dealerships use loyalty programs to retain and delight customers • Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews and create dealer action plans • Monitor Dealer, District, Zone, and Region performance against goals • Coach, train, and enable dealership leadership and frontline teams • Deliver live in-dealership and virtual training on OnStar, loyalty programs, connected vehicle technologies, customer onboarding, and delivery experiences • Troubleshoot OnStar, GM mobile app, and internal platform issues • Ensure customers complete technology setup, enrollment, and ongoing engagement • Collaborate with Vehicle Sales, Service & Marketing, Fleet and Commercial Sales, OnStar Digital Services, and Loyalty teams • Support product and feature launches and aligned dealer marketing and messaging • Resolve dealer and customer satisfaction issues • Share field feedback to improve programs, tools, and processes

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales and customer service • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of automotive industry experience in lieu of a degree • Ability to present information clearly and confidently in person and virtually • Willingness to work required hours in the assigned time zone, including occasional weekends and holidays • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Copilot • Comfort with technology and subscription services, including troubleshooting mobile app and internal platform issues • Strong time management skills • Exceptional oral and written communication and professional language, grammar, and tone • Ability and willingness to travel regularly throughout the territory • Must live in an approved city within the assigned territory or be willing to relocate • Must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle regularly and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future
