📋 Description

• Serve as the primary liaison between GM, dealerships, and key business partners • Coach and mentor dealership leadership and staff to improve operational performance and achieve sales goals • Analyze dealership performance, sales trends, market conditions, competitive activity, and customer satisfaction metrics • Support launches of new products, programs, and initiatives by coordinating sales, marketing, and communications • Partner with dealerships on vehicle and parts inventory forecasting, ordering, allocation, and stabilization • Become a subject matter expert in GM’s Consensus allocation system and vehicle ordering system • Track dealership commitments and action plans and ensure timely completion • Drive adoption and sales of GM vehicles, accessories, products, and services through territory-specific business plans • Resolve customer and dealership concerns with cross-functional stakeholders • Monitor dealership training participation and compliance with GM standards • Travel throughout the assigned territory to assess operations, provide support, and ensure execution of GM programs and expectations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or demonstrated equivalent professional experience • 4+ years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields with a proven track record of driving revenue growth • Proficiency in spreadsheet and reporting tools, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization; preferably with Google Workspace • Ability to travel up to 75% to different locations within your territory • Must possess and maintain the ability to legally operate a motor vehicle in accordance with the licensing requirements of the states in which work is performed • Must live in an approved city within the assigned territory or relocate to Detroit, MI or a surrounding leadership-approved area within 60 days of the start date • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle regularly and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review
