📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM Partners • Grow and foster partnerships • Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other customer feedback to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities • Assist in product launches and coordinate marketing and advertising between dealers, independent aftermarket, and GM • Monitor dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives • Assist with dealership inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering and inventory stabilization • Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities • Increase sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts to customers • Assist in customer problem resolution • Travel to dealers in the designated region • Manage and engage Chevrolet dealers through recurring dealership visits and work with products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of experience in the automotive industry in lieu of a degree • 4+ years in sales and customer service • Able to travel 100% and be mobile now and in the future • Able to relocate anywhere within the United States • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis • Must successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future • Ability to establish relationships through partnership • Ability to deal with ambiguity • Presentation skills • Coachable mindset • Time management skills • Flexibility for travel within the district and relocation when needed • Composure and conflict management • Data orientation and ability to manage reports and data daily
