📋 Description

• Act as a liaison between GM, its dealerships, and additional GM Partners • Grow and foster partnerships • Facilitate mentorship and consulting to ensure monthly/yearly sales objectives are met • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other customer feedback to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities • Assist with product launches and coordinate marketing and advertising among dealers, independent aftermarket, and GM • Monitor dealership personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements and objectives • Assist with dealership inventory management, including vehicle and parts ordering and inventory stabilization • Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities • Increase sales of GM vehicles and accessory parts • Assist in customer problem resolution • Travel to dealers in the designated region through regular in-person visits and hands-on collaboration • Represent Cadillac products and services and maintain an on-the-ground presence with dealerships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree • 3+ years' experience in Sales, Marketing, or related fields with a proven track record of driving revenue growth • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization tools • Able to travel 100% and be mobile now and in the future, with ability to relocate anywhere within the United States • Ability to travel up to 50% to different locations within the territory • Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle on a regular basis • Successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review • Must not require GM immigration sponsorship now or in the future, including H1-B, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, TN, or J-1 support
