📋 Description

• Provide vehicle diagnostic and repair support • Serve as an avenue for escalated cases • Resolve product problems • Support territory management • Diagnose and direct repairs on customer vehicles to reduce vehicle repurchases and warranty expense • Provide dealership service readiness feedback • Support Techline products at GM Dealerships and other authorized facilities, including certain GM Fleet accounts • Demonstrate accountability for GM’s values and cultural behaviors • Perform other related duties as assigned

• Ability to provide vehicle diagnostic and repair support • Ability to diagnose and direct repairs on customer vehicles • Ability to provide escalated case support and resolve product problems • Ability to provide dealership service readiness feedback • Ability to support Techline products at GM Dealerships and other authorized facilities, including certain GM Fleet accounts • Ability to manage assigned territory • Commitment to demonstrating GM’s values and cultural behaviors • Applicants may be required to successfully complete role-related assessments and/or pre-employment screening
