📋 Description

• Support HPE's global events, hospitality, and executive engagement portfolio • Lead planning and execution of complex, high-visibility programs • Research, define, and pitch customer engagement and premium hosting recommendations • Monitor global industry trends and B2B engagement strategies • Direct end-to-end event lifecycle operations, including commercial sell-in, contract negotiations, hotel blocks, food and beverage, ground transportation, registration systems, gifting, uniforms, marketing collateral, signage, and guest itineraries • Maintain high-touch daily verbal and written client communications • Produce strategic documents and deliverables for executive presentations • Draft executive-level internal and external communications • Optimize utilization and placement of sponsorship assets • Implement structured project execution workflows, project plans, timelines, and KPIs • Manage program budgets, track expenditures, and complete final spend reconciliations • Orchestrate internal subject matter expert resource groups across creative, digital, procurement, finance, logistics, and global operations

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience planning and executing domestic and international corporate hospitality programs • Experience activating sponsorship and experiential assets • Proven ability to manage multiple programs with limited oversight • Exceptional organization, sound judgment, adaptability, and commitment to premium experience and outstanding client service • Experience managing high-value client accounts and navigating corporate relationships • Ability to rapidly master complex new systems • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, clients, and projects simultaneously • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners • Full authorization and readiness to travel internationally for site inspections and extended onsite execution periods of up to 90 days
