β’ Work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them β’ Regularly meet quotas, goals and other client expectations β’ Help clients understand the limits of their budget or resources β’ Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal β’ Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships β’ Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support β’ Remain in frequent contact with clients to understand their needs β’ Respond to complaints and resolve issues to preserve company reputation and customer contentment β’ Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data β’ Oversee a team to ensure products/services are delivered on time, on budget and to client standards
β’ Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role β’ Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles β’ Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus β’ Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships β’ Organizational and time-management skills β’ Enthusiastic and passionate β’ Ability to regularly meet quotas, goals and project deadlines β’ Manage entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing deals β’ Experience negotiating agreements and keeping records of sales and data β’ Provide professional after-sales support and customer issue resolution β’ Hours: Hybrid 8am-5pm EST
