📋 Description

• Support managers in navigating performance, feedback, and team dynamics • Serve as a first point of contact for employee concerns and sensitive situations • Own and run core people systems like performance cycles and engagement follow-through • Coach and advise managers • Support employees through key moments and decisions • Ensure policies are applied clearly, consistently, and fairly • Drive execution of performance review cycles • Track progress, ensure completion, and maintain calibration documentation • Partner closely with our HR Operations team.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HRBP roles • Experience directly supporting managers on performance and employee relations • Experience running or supporting core people processes (performance cycles, engagement surveys, or leave/LOA coordination) • Strong judgment in sensitive and ambiguous situations • Ability to coach managers with both candor and care • High attention to detail with strong follow-through • Ability to influence without formal authority and hold others accountable.
