⢠Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices ⢠Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a bias toward action ⢠3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a related field ⢠Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail ⢠Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion ⢠Experience with HRIS systems and tools (e.g., Justworks, Rippling, Workday, BambooHR, etc.) ⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills ⢠Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility is key ⢠Familiarity with modern recruiting tools and ATS platforms ⢠Experience supporting global or distributed teams ⢠Exposure to compliance across multiple jurisdictions ⢠Interest in People analytics, systems, and process improvement ⢠Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
