📋 Description

• Enter and update employee information in our masterfile and HR tools • Organize and maintain digital files, records, and HR documents • Prepare basic reports and summaries as requested by the HR team • Track deadlines and follow up on pending items • Support compliance tracking by following up on document submissions and training completions • Help prepare onboarding materials and welcome packets for new hires • Send onboarding documents and track completion of required forms • Support the offboarding process by collecting equipment and required documentation

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent • Comfortable working on a computer and picking up new tools quickly • Highly organized with a strong eye for detail • Reliable, self-directed, and able to work well in a remote setup • Trustworthy and professional when handling sensitive or private information • Experience in any customer service, administrative, or office-facing role • Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office • Genuine interest in building a long-term career in Human Resources
