• Documentation & Enablement: Create and maintain product documentation, including launch boxes, internal training materials, and customer-facing collateral. Collaborate with SMEs to ensure accuracy and clarity. • Cross-Geo Alignment: Work with regional leaders to harmonize product offerings, pricing, and packaging. Support the migration of legacy solutions into standardized bundles. • Product Launch Execution: Own the tactical rollout of new products, including coordination with GTM, sales, and technical teams. Ensure launches are timely, well-documented, and supported across all geographies. • Tool & Process Stewardship: Maintain and improve the Product SharePoint site, ensuring it remains the single source of truth for product information. Help define and refine internal product processes. • Support Strategic Initiatives: Support VP of Product Management to focus on strategic efforts like agreement consolidation, AI product development, and gross margin optimization.
• Proven experience in product management, preferably in IT services, SaaS, or MSP environments. • Strong organizational and documentation skills—able to translate technical details into digestible content. • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, operations, and technical teams. • Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, ConnectWise, and Microsoft 365 is a plus. • Self-starter with a bias for action and a knack for simplifying the complex.
