📋 Description
• Develop, implement, and perform strategies to maintain and improve accounts receivable • Manage processing of claims submissions • Reduce bill holds and bad debt • Monitor cash flow and accounts receivable collections • Maintain the A/R system and database • Manage billing systems and associates • Ensure billing system efficiency, productivity, and accountability • Supervise associates • Report compliance and safety issues • Manage claims • Post cash timely • Submit accurate and timely audits • Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Risk & Reimbursement
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Home Medical Equipment accounts receivable • Ability to manage and evaluate associates • Ability to monitor internal systems and diagnose shortcomings • Ability to perform each duty satisfactorily • Ability to comply with federal, state, JCAHO, insurance, and other applicable guidelines and regulations
