📋 Description

• Complete daily compliance tasks, including contacting patients, scheduling Advanced Care Team appointments, and completing Sleep Glad or Telehealth appointments • Review insurance compliance requirements with patients for NIV, PAP, and percussion vests • Educate patients on PAP machine and supply use and maintenance • Assist with PAP charting and complete physician pressure change orders • Review incoming NIV orders for clinical appropriateness • Provide guidance on NIV and percussion vest coverage guidelines and required documentation • Communicate with referral sources and insurance companies to retrieve documents, submit appeals, and streamline approvals and authorizations • Educate patients about oxygen therapy, identify adherence barriers, and support the O2 save process • Communicate with physicians and other clinicians to identify and resolve patient care issues • Maintain current knowledge of DASCO equipment and services • Complete supply orders per patient request • Perform other duties assigned by the Manager

🎯 Requirements

• Active and unrestricted license as Respiratory Therapist (RT), Registered Nurse (RN), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required
