📋 Description

• DriveWorks Project Manager for customer automation projects from kickoff through final implementation and closeout. • Serve as the primary customer contact, lead recurring status meetings, provide executive-level updates, and maintain clear communication throughout each project. • Partner with Sales, Solution Engineers, and technical resources to translate customer requirements into actionable development work. • Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, resource plans, deliverables, scope, priorities, and budgets. • Build trusted client relationships and manage expectations. • Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks while maintaining issue logs. • Coordinate iterative project delivery with Solution Engineers and monitor sprint goals, project burndown, and milestone completion. • Maintain accurate project documentation and assist customers in reaching project goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • 3+ years of project management experience leading customer-facing projects from initiation through completion. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience facilitating meetings with customer and executive stakeholders. • Ability to manage customer expectations, facilitate project decisions, and navigate difficult conversations professionally. • Strong organization, time management, follow-through, and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects. • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships across technical and non-technical teams. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and comfort learning technical concepts, facilitating technical discussions, and working throughout the software implementation lifecycle. • Helpful, but not required PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master, or an equivalent certification. • Experience leading software implementation or consulting projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies. • Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or a similar project management platform. • Experience working with engineering or software development teams. • Experience managing ERP, CPQ, CAD automation, or manufacturing software implementations. • Familiarity with DriveWorks or similar automation software.
