• Move quickly on warm leads with an urgency to execute • Generate and qualify leads through a mix of outbound prospecting (email, phone, LinkedIn) and inbound lead conversion • Identify key decision-makers at Dental practices • Work with marketing ops to craft tailored outreach sequences that align with the unique needs of each outreach opportunity • Use data and industry insights to personalize messaging and increase conversion rates • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine lead scoring, targeting, and engagement strategy • Book discovery calls and demos for Area Managers, ensuring a smooth handoff with clear context • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity in CRM • Stay up to date on Dental and BNPL industry trends
• <2 years of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role • Excellent communication skills—concise, clear, and persuasive across email, phone, and social channels • Ability to pay close attention to detail and be self-motivated • Ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment • Beginner / Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft excel
