📋 Description

• Lead small and midsize projects, and support the CEO on larger or more complex projects, from early design through construction administration • Own day-to-day communication with clients, consultants, contractors, CEO, and internal team • Provide updates, meeting recaps, decisions needed, and next steps • Review drawings, specifications, and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and constructability • Direct full trade coordination across structural, MEP, civil, and other consultants • Track schedules, budgets, consultant deliverables, and client decision points • Manage construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, ASIs/addenda, field observations, and open issue tracking • Mentor Project Architects, Designers, and other team members • Hold the team accountable to deadlines and quality expectations • Travel to project sites up to 30% depending on project and firm needs

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed architect with a bachelor's or master's degree in architecture • 10+ years of professional architectural experience • 5+ years in a project manager role • At least 3 years of construction administration experience, including full lifecycle responsibility on assigned projects • Strong technical detailing skills • Deep experience coordinating construction documents across structural, MEP, civil, and other trades • Advanced Revit proficiency • Solid technical knowledge of construction methods, detailing, and code coordination • Clear, confident communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal team • Portfolio demonstrating project leadership and technical detailing • Based in the Denver metro area, within 50 miles of Denver International Airport • Applications welcomed from US Citizens and Green Card holders only
