📋 Description

• Serve as the analytical liaison to Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Finance to expand the market footprint of key-growth areas • Build analytical and strategic frameworks that size business opportunities and define success metrics • Develop operational and executive dashboards, reports, and tools to monitor performance and initiatives and track recommendation results • Create data-driven models to set and optimize drug pricing while balancing pharmacy partner economics with patient affordability and access • Become familiar with business challenges and technologies and act as a trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders • Partner with the data team to develop backend data sources that fuel reporting and query optimization

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role collaborating with multiple stakeholders • Proven ability to organize and interpret data to surface insights and opportunities • High SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Dashboarding and data visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, etc.) • Ability to influence cross-functional partners by leveraging data and insights • Experience in healthcare, specifically at a Pharmacy Benefit Manager or Major Retail Pharmacy (bonus) • Prior experience working with e-commerce and pricing analytics (a plus)
