📋 Description

• Resolve support queries by email and live Microsoft Teams calls • Troubleshoot browser, network, SSO, Azure, data formats, and application issues • Run data implementations by transforming client spreadsheets and legacy PowerPoint/PDF charts into master datasets and user-facing views • Use AI tools to transform data, investigate issues, and build productivity tools • Train users and guide clients through implementations • Join technical presales calls as experience grows • Advise Product and Engineering about client issues • Build clearly labelled working prototypes with AI tools to demonstrate potential solutions • Collaborate across customer-facing, Product, and Engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in a technical, client-facing role, ideally working with a SaaS product • Clear, concise, and empathetic communication skills • Strong problem-solving ability, including identifying patterns and root causes • Technical aptitude and experience building and fixing things • Strong Excel and data capabilities • SQL, Python, and scripting are advantageous but not mandatory • Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple tasks in fast-paced settings • Relentless service mindset • Hunger for growth and willingness to embrace challenges • Must be US-based • Must commit to daily overlap with the Sydney-based team, working 2–6pm Pacific Time depending on the time of year
