📋 Description

• Design, develop, prepare, and refine training curriculum and course materials for classroom and other instructional environments • Conduct training requirements surveys • Design computer-based and multimedia curriculum in response to system training requirements throughout the life cycle • Develop curriculum for relevant technical subject matter • Supervise Training Specialists instructing individual trainees and whole classes • Collaborate with outside entities when necessary • May develop training on Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) and IPv4-to-IPv6 transition issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience • Education and experience may be substituted for each other, but not double-counted • High School diploma/GED • Associate's degree (AS/AA) or two years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree (AS/AA) and two years of relevant experience, or four years of relevant experience • Master's degree or Associate's degree (AS/AA) and four years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and two years of relevant experience, or six years of relevant experience • Doctoral degree or Associate's degree (AS/AA) and eight years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree and six years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and four years of relevant experience, or ten years of relevant experience • Relevant certifications, professional licenses, and/or vocational technical training may be substituted for experience or education • IAT-2 certification required • Active Secret clearance required • Skills and knowledge in computer-based and multimedia training environments • Intimate knowledge of the subject matters for which curriculum is developed
