📋 Description

• Partner with the Roche Support Network, Marketing, and Sales management to identify key accounts and provide targeted training • Provide training to laboratory staff before go-live on new automation instruments and ongoing customer training as needed • Act as the field training subject matter expert for Roche product portfolios across various domains • Create training plans for new and current customers • Provide complex training support for commercial pre-sales, project management, implementation, and execution of Roche solutions • Conduct personalized training for Roche solutions, including on-site training and re-training • Train key operators on equipment, applications, IT products, and systems • Support pre- and post-training needs during product installation, implementation, and maintenance • Resolve complex customer issues using scientific expertise • Support commercial staff and customers in pre- and post-sales activities • Collaborate with leadership to develop educational goals, technical specifications, and comprehensive curricula • Design training activities, gather customer and field-team feedback, and improve content • Participate in marketing and product development initiatives • Maintain standardized training practices and share best practices • Manage inventory, company property, and expenses • Complete service reports promptly and identify opportunities to promote Roche solutions and competitive consolidations • Contribute to continuous improvement of the quality system and achievement of quality objectives • Travel regularly within the United States, with some international travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent education and work experience • 5 years of progressive experience within the diagnostics industry or other relevant progressive experience • Advanced knowledge in an area of specialty, demonstrated through an advanced degree and/or in-depth technical experience supporting laboratory clinical chemistry, immunology, information technology, molecular, tissue, and/or automation systems • Up to 75% overnight travel required • Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function • Preferred experience with pre-analytical, post-analytical, and analytical chemistry and immunology platforms, including cobas 8100, cobas p512/p612, and/or cobas p501/p701 • Qualified candidates living elsewhere in the United States must be located within 50 miles of a major airport
