β’ 3+ years of experience and success in a quota-carrying role, preferably in SaaS, martech, advertising or media sales start-up. β’ Excellent results in B2B outbound sales, demos via video conferencing, and enthusiasm to improve and execute. β’ The capability, confidence and willingness to manage an entire sales cycle from lead generation to securing business. β’ Experience in mid-market to enterprise selling. β’ Thoughtful, kind and empathetic. β’ An activity-based mindset and are goal-oriented. β’ Loves networking, attending events and is excited to be the face of a fast growing startup. β’ Is excited about meeting and working with the worldβs best brand marketers, brand leaders and agency partners.
