• You will own the full cycle across Crossmint's fintech vertical, from sourcing and outbound through close and expansion. • Earn trust with technical stakeholders quickly by understanding their needs. • Execute with ownership, using modern tools and AI to scale research, outbound, follow-ups, and deal execution. • Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams.
• 5+ years of experience across GTM, consulting, operations, or technical roles, with meaningful time spent in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure. • Track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in regulated or technical environments. • Deep understanding of stablecoins, payment rails, wallets, and compliance constraints. • Existing network across fintech founders, operators, or decision-makers is a strong plus. • Comfortable engaging engineers, product leads, and compliance teams in their own language. • Ability to dive into APIs, integration architecture, and technical tradeoffs.
