β€’ Conduct cold outreach via phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to initiate contact with prospects and introduce our products/services. β€’ Attending conferences to actively engage with industry peers and prospects, leveraging networking opportunities and insightful discussions to close valuable sales leads. β€’ Collaborate with the Sales team to create and execute strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. β€’ Execute compelling product demonstrations to effectively convert prospects into loyal customers. β€’ Continuously build a target prospect list of healthcare professionals and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking, and cold outreach. β€’ Educate healthcare professionals on Nitra's offering. β€’ Qualify leads by understanding their needs, challenges, and buying behavior to determine potential fit with our offerings. β€’ Assist in maintaining accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and customer information using CRM software. β€’ Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales pitches, presentations, and materials tailored to different customer segments.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of Sales experience, specifically in Enterprise or Strategic account roles. β€’ BA degree or equivalent practice experience. β€’ Direct experience in enterprise-level sales, business development, or similar high-stakes go-to-market positions. β€’ Background in B2B enterprise sales, with experience in a highly regulated industry and a passion to help large-scale organizations succeed. β€’ Experience working in a fast-paced environment and/or a startup where you built processes from zero. β€’ Multiple years of experience working closely with executive-level stakeholders, demonstrating poise, professionalism, and the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers. β€’ Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders to close complex deals.
