📋 Description

• Become a product expert across GovDash's platform for capture, proposal development, and contract management • Work with account executives to onboard new clients and set implementation plans • Conduct discovery on pursuit volume, capture and proposal processes, roles, handoffs, tooling, and customer goals • Train clients during their first 30 days to drive successful conversion • Assist with integration, data and platform setup, pipeline migration, content and documentation uploads, and other migration efforts • Hold multiple daily customer sessions through Microsoft Teams to train customers, run live workflows, support migrations, and answer questions • Hand converted accounts to Account Management with documented workflows, stakeholders, and open items • Share onboarding feedback with product and engineering teams regarding first-run experience and implementation friction • Maintain accurate CRM records

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of proposal development or capture experience • Experience running demos of software products • Experience training others on capture and proposal workflows • Understanding of government contracting, today's AI landscape, GovDash's products, and the problems they solve for customers • Ability to operate with high horsepower, handle frequent context switching and run multiple pilots at once • Ruthless prioritization • Exceptional organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to explain complex concepts simply • Prior startup experience is nice to have • Exposure to technical domains like AI or SaaS is nice to have • Hands-on experience using AI tools to automate or enhance workflows is nice to have
