📋 Description

• Provide support across paid media, organic media and client services with client onboarding and account creation • Send contracts, ensure contracts are signed, gather W9s, and verify they match the property name and property address • Fill out onboarding sheets and enter tasks into Salesforce • Create Google Drive folders and internal budget sheets • Organize assets and create PMC-specific emails • Manage client communication to gather items, assets, and logins; follow up on submissions and share preview links • Coordinate cross-department communication on onboarding status • Create GTM accounts, set up GA4 permissions, verify GSC, and configure GBP and Facebook • Obtain access to social media profiles, including two-factor authentication, and connect social profiles • Sync Instagram with Facebook Business Page on Meta Business Suite • Complete Salesforce service mappings and audit Salesforce property accuracy • Audit property dashboards and assign client access • Provide PMC integration instructions • Participate in department meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve operational efficiency • Stay up-to-date with trends, best practices, and platform algorithm changes across the multifamily and digital marketing industries

🎯 Requirements

• 2 plus years of experience in Digital Marketing with an emphasis on Onboarding and Account Setup in Google Ad and Meta • Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Salesforce, etc.) • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process optimization • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
