📋 Description

• Guide new hires through onboarding paperwork, background checks, and compliance requirements • Ensure all documentation meets company, state, and federal regulations • Coordinate new hire training and onboarding classes • Maintain accurate and confidential electronic personnel records • Serve as the main point of contact between new hires and internal departments • Track onboarding progress and provide updates to leadership • Support recruiting and scheduling teams to ensure timely nurse placement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor�s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field required • At least 1 year of Human Resources experience • Knowledge of I-9 and E-Verify compliance • Strong customer-focused communication skills with the ability to support candidates and internal teams • Comfortable working in applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR information systems (HRIS), and Microsoft Word • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently • Ability to work East Coast business hours
