📋 Description

• Execute administrative onboarding tasks to ensure employees are compliant and eligible to begin their first billable shift. • Complete administrative and compliance onboarding from point of hire through assignment readiness. • Perform I-9 Form completion, state background checks, and reference verifications. • Prioritize and manage workload based on task aging, urgency, and operational priorities. • Review and validate medical documentation for employment and regulatory compliance. • Audit and upload onboarding packets for accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation. • Create and maintain employee profiles in the home care platform. • Conduct regular file audits for onboarding standards and compliance requirements. • Collaborate with internal teams to address onboarding challenges and ensure employee readiness. • Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency. • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. • Use HR platforms including Workday, ADP, ApplicantStack, i9 Vantage, and Verified First. • Process assigned tickets from the internal ticketing system. • Maintain confidentiality and security of highly sensitive materials. • Participate in other assigned projects or duties.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required. • One (1) plus years of experience. • Bilingual in English and Spanish required. • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience. • Extensive computer and telephone use. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of highly sensitive materials. • Ability to perform primarily seated work, with occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs. • Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
